New User

To register as a new user, enter you File Number in the input box labeled "DE File Number", then click on the "new User" button.

Forgot your User ID or password?

If you forgot your password, you can go to the Forgot Your Password page to retrieve it. Note that your old password will remain active until you create a new password.
If you forgot your User Id, you can go to the Forgot Your User ID page to retrieve it.

Note - in both cases, you must have supplied a valid contact email address when you registered to retrieve your information.
